What do I bring for U-Pick?

• We will provide the flower snips and picking jars! We will wrap your completed bouquet for you, but if you will not be able to transfer your bouquet to water within a short period of time after picking we advise that you bring a jar along for transport. We can fill your jar with water for you here, to extend the life of your blooms.

Are there publicly available washrooms on site?

• Unfortunately, there are no washrooms available at this time.

Are children welcome?

• We request that young children are not brought along to workshop events, as they are intended for adults and teenagers only. If you bring children with you to U-Pick, we ask that they are constantly supervised to prevent any damage to the flowers.

I have a U-Pick voucher, how do I book a time slot?

• If you have a U-Pick voucher, we ask that you contact us directly to reserve a slot for you on your preferred date and time. Our online booking system requires payment to process an appointment, so we will manually enter your name to bypass payment.

How and when do I pay for a private workshop?

• Private workshops are booked in direct consultation with us. We ask that you transfer us the full amount of the workshop cost upon booking, sent to our email riverbrinkestateflorals@gmail.com. We will send you an invoice following the confirmation of a date and time.

What is our cancellation policy?

• In events of extreme weather, workshops and U-Pick times will be rescheduled for another time. Workshops are held in a sheltered area, so light rain and wind will have minimal impact on our ability to proceed.

• If you are unable to attend your U-Pick slot, we will offer rescheduling within 48 hours of your time slot. If less than 48 hours notice is given, rescheduling and refunds will not be available. However, the option to transfer your slot to someone else if you are unable to make your booking is available. If you give your slot to another person, we ask that you give us notice of the change!
